Ken,
Bad news on Graf von Ballestrem and Bacher: neither is listed in the 1939, 1940, or 1941 Rangliste. Would thus presume that both were reserve officers or, in the case of Bacher, recently taken into service from the merchant marine.
Oblt.z.S. Jürgen Friis was crew 1937a (=iV/37).
Schlumberger was a Kriegsoffizier.
