<HTML>I am looking for general information on the open top Italian midget submarine, manned by frogmen, that carried not a torpedo but a charge to be attached to the hull of the enemy ship and detonated from a distance. At least that is how I suppose they worked. I heard they had quite a successfull career on the Mediterranean. Thanks,
