<HTML>Someone on another forum suggested that part of this problem comes from cutting out the line where the admiral tells the reporter that, since Electric Boat was overwhelmed with orders, they\'d had to subcontract the construction to Blohm & Voss.
Did the US ever have khaki submarines? I know they probably had a limited budget, but you\'d think they could at least spend enough to redo the tower.
