Land that time forgot

<HTML>I saw yesterday the old movie Land that time forgot that has (I think), some nice u-boat parts. One thing I noticed and thought interesting was when \"Mr Tyler\" fired 2 torpedos at the German resupply ship, it looked as if he was in the control room. Could torpedos be fired from here or was it just to simplify the movie set.
