I've also heard that U-boats are in it too. So I don't believe I've violated the charter of this website.

When I heard of the plot, the first thought that came to me was the giant squid attack in Disney's "Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea". Who knows? Maybe this time it will be a U-boat and not a 19th century submarine.

"Below" will be one of many of the "new wave" of movies coming out. The new wave will consist of sea monster movies. Hollywood as its habit will play the genre to death and then move on. Along with "Below" will be another film called "Megladon". The only thing I will say about "Megladon" is that it's not set in World War 2.
