<HTML>according to the DVD, they made 2 full size mockup's, that came in at 600 tons, but that was just for the outside shots i believe, as they used a massive gimble to do the indoor shots like they did with hunt for red october, but on a larger scale..

the boats looked great pitty the movie wasn't very accurate.
