<HTML>Dear Andre'.
I'm afraid that I havn't seen that particular film.
However,I do recal seeing a documentery that is very simalar to the story you tell.
It told the story of a U Boat that was sent to Japan (i'm afraid I don't recall where she sailed from) with the components of a Me jet fighter,a V2 rocket and a ingredient needed for the atom bomb on board.
Also on board were two Japanese officers and a high ranking Luftwaffe officer (who was going to advise the Japanese on anti aircraft methods).
One part I found particulary interesting, was that on boarding the boat, the two Japanese officers presented their swords to the boat captain as a sign that they placed their lives in his hands.
As I recall, the boat was hunted for a few weeks before giving up the chase.Radio contact was made to a British ship and an American ship. The captain deliberatly sent the British ship incorrect information concerning his location as he prefared to surrender to the Americans.
When the two Japanese officers heard of their inament capture, they took their own lives in their cabin.
Not exactly the information you requested, but I hope you find this interesting all the same.
I'm sorry that the information is sketchy to say the least, but if you wish to know more i'm sure one of our friends here could tell you much more than myself.
Best regards
