New Das Boot dvd

<HTML>i was at a local electronics store today when i spotted something which made me do something of a double-take. Ah, I know that picture. The blue cover of our favourite film, Das Boot. But wait, this isn't the directors cut dvd i know... it's in a fancy metallic looking case. I examined it. Apparently it was some special "high definition" version of the film. It was more expensive than the regular director's cut. So i must ask the question: is the quality so much better that i had ought to buy the thing? The video quality of my regular "ho-hum" director's cut dvd is mighty fine. Is the new "high definition" das boot better quality? If any of you might assist me, i would be quite thankful.</HTML>
