<HTML>It's not a bad show. They have no idea what the original crew was like, so the characters are all fictional except for the commander Dixon (Armand Assante). In real life he joined the Hunley crew because he was hit by a musketball during a prevoius land battle. What saved his leg is that the ball hit a coin (it was bent by the impact) in his pocket that his fiance' gave to him for good luck. During the excavation of the Hunley after it was raised, the bent coin was found.. Nobdy yet really knows why the Hunley sank....The movie is good though..</HTML>
