Without seeing the film it would be difficult to say for sure, but it's probably the same Navy documentary that's on a $29.95 VHS from militaryvideo.com. In any case, if it's a Navy film, the odds are there's a copy in the National Archives and you'd be able to get a print for a lot less than $5,000.
