The book "looks" great!

I ordered it from amazon.de and received it here in Canada within a week of ordering.

The book contains countless photos of the making of the movie (all the various U-Boats used such as the various models) plus lots of text in German, of course, and with my limited understanding of German I cannot comment further!

The book also contains profiles of the key actors, etc. Nicely put together. A further section identifies other Bavaria films and other international submarine films as well. Despite my limited understanding of German, I am more than pleased with the book! The photo collection is superb.
