Hi I don't know if this is of any use to you but in 'Wales at War' the author relates how a post-war German visitor to (I think) a cathedral told someone he landed from a U boat during the war for supplies. I'm sorry I can't check the information as it was a library book and I took it back ages ago. I was looking for other information. Jacky

Would a spy landing operation be logged by the u boat involved or would it be listed under, for example, 'special operations'? Obviously any crew members would have guessed what was happening if they were not told but have any lucky survivors mentioned such episodes in their memoirs or accounts. Thank you

Hi In a book I bought on Ebay it mentioned a spy in Accra,Gold Coast (now Ghana) was responsible for sending a lot of shipping to Davy Jones locker.
