| History | On 26 Dec, 1943, the Harmatris collided with the British steam merchant Asian (2461 tons) in 07°45N/77°40E and was damaged. The other ship sank with an unknown number of casualties, 14 survivors were rescued. | ||
| Notes on loss | At 18.46 hours on 17 Jan, 1942, the Harmatris in convoy PQ-8 was hit by one torpedo from U-454 amidships and caught fire. The fire was extinguished and the ship reached port safely. | ||
