Notes on event | At 01.32 hours on 9 Dec 1940 the Empire Jaguar (Master Hywel Tudor Thomas), a straggler from convoy OB-252, was torpedoed and sunk by U-103 296 miles 248° from Slyne Head. The master, 34 crew members and two gunners were lost. | ||
