The boat reported an attack on a convoy escorted by "destroyers" and fires a T-5 torpedo but is in return depth charged and severely damaged (War diary of the boat, KTB).

5 Nov 1944
The boat reported damages to its snort due to depth charges and its intention to retreat for repairs. She then entered Norway on Nov 30. (Sources: Blair, vol 2, page 621)
