Sank 16 March, 1945 in the Baltic Sea near Hela, in position 54.25N, 18.50E, after hitting a mine laid by the Soviet submarine L-21 3 days earlier. 43 dead (all hands lost).

Men lost from U-boats

Unlike many other U-boats, which during their service lost men due to accidents and various other causes, U-367 did not suffer any casualties (we know of) until the time of her loss.
