Perhaps no uboat did report an attack on a trawler at the time and position of BROMELIA's loss for the simple reason no uboat was involved?

For me, there is not yet enough evidence for a uboat to have been involved to document BROMELIA's loss as due to a uboat in our DUIKBOOT database on [historisches-marinearchiv.de] .
