Hello !
There is one Manufactor selling a Kit in 1:40 which is very detailed. They have both both Types you are searching for and more.
The Kit is difficult to build, heavy (20 KG) very good Material (hull is about 2mm thik) and very detailed due to detailed form elements on the Body
The Kit will cost about 3500 German Mark but you can reduce cost by building a none diving Model like me:
Contact
HORST HASSE SCHIFFSMODELLBAU Hamburg
NartenStraße 23 a
21079 Hamburg
Telefone 0094 40 765 31 63
(I bought a VIIC Kit, and after 1,5 Years I can start to imagine that the building will end in end of 2000, I hope :-)
