After all this sounds like one of the safe "non-runaway-subs".
I hope my XXIII from 32nd parallel will arrive soon. It should fit in my bathtub.
(For testing) Robbe´s VIIB boat did not fit in the bathtub, but comfortably in the the deep of some Austrian lake. Supposedly forever.
But I think I´ll give RC submarining another try.
