Mark IX conning towers

I am still unable to identify the exact type of Mark IX U-boat from the Model Maker plans.

The upper and lower' Wintergarten' gun platforms are very close together, not separated by a platform as in, say, U 534

I have only ever seen one like it on film of a surrendered U-boat being sailed up the River Thames

Can anyone help ?
