Help me out here. is this kit a thing you set above the fire palce or raido controled little pond runner or is it like a kit car and you ride in it?

sorry for having no clue as to what is going on here. if you can help i am a novice and need answers to a poast on the general forum. i am working on a game and have some Questions to make it the best game i can. all about u-boats
