Wolf,

Perhaps you can take a shortcut. You could concider to buy the book of David Westwood, "U-boot Typ VII" Eine darstellung in Wort und Bild. It is not expensive and it has about all the Turm configurations for the type VII in it. Tough not in scale the line drawings should be very helpfull with constructing a type VII Turm. I have a copied version of this book so I cannot help you with a copie of a copie.
Surley there will be others who actually are in posession of this book and they might be willing to help you with copies.
