Hi All

The Revell 1/72 scale U-boat kit is good out of the box. But the sea vents need to be drilled & filed out.
A 3 speed engraving tool with 1.4mm bit will do the trick. There are many "add-ons" you can buy to go with this kit...if you got some extra money to spent?
So far I'm am still waiting on the brass upgrade kit, which will do wonders. I also ordered a set of 1/72 scale U-boat (CT) crews, and a wooden base to replace the kit's plastic stands. Also on the stand I will put into place the German U-boat Badge which make a big difference on the whole static display. All up an extra $100AUD were spent on the extra add-ons.
