Yes, you got the deck listings correct!

All of the deck sets that fit the VIIC/41 kit include all of the wooden deck pieces for the tower.

Ahh, the Turm VI Conversion set... this is to make a Flak-boot (such as U-673). The set is designed to be used with the VIIC/41 kit, and includes a platform that goes on the FRONT of the conning tower, as well as a quad-20mm gun.
