Color question

What is the correct color for the visible portions of a U-boat's inner pressure hull? On the page of photos of U-505 (evidently taken subsequent to its repainting a few years ago, posted at [www.cybermodeler.com], I can't decide whether it is a lighter grey than that used for the outer hull above the waterline, or whether it is the same color and just looks lighter because of the way the photographer was aiming his floodlights.
