Thanks for your reply James.

Yep, I looked at this site, at ubootwaffe.net and a few other places. I was lucky enough to find some picture of U-260 from different stages of the war. I've pretty much found out all I can find out ( I think, unless there are other pictures out there ) and I know as much as I can as to what configuration she had before she sank.

Now I just need to hope my modelling skills can do her justice!
