Thank you for your information on "Cutie". I was not aware that Mk24 was called Mk27 with the addition of wooden rails to fit it to the submarines tubes. Do you know if any changes were made to its acoustic homing system to adapt it to the sound characteristics of a surface ship? I do know the Mk24 acoustics were optimized for the submerged submarine sound signature and that is quite different from that of a surface ship.
