Grid System Conversion by Computer programme

A shot in the dark? Does anyone know of a computer programme to convert the U-Boat grid system to Lat & Long?I know that all the quadrants are not equal but a computer prog. would speed up my entries of U-boat sinkings that I enter onto my Raster Nautical Charts in my database. Heres hoping.Regards to All Ted A.
