Hello Antonio,
I remember the post. MPC told me to get the book you refer to. I have not do so yet. Would you please scan the photo and email it to me either in JPEG or GIF file to take look at. Mind you in my posting I just translated the sidemargin of the photo from German. Rgds, RB
