Additional Binocular Info needed

Does anyone know of a place in UK called Action Optics? If so do they sell any reconditioned Zeiss or Leitz U-Boat type Binoculars?

Also has anyone bought the BPOC 10X40 Navy Binoculars with rangefinder-suppose to be Russian military issue. The company in USA is called Lan optics International. You can get additional info : sales@russian optics.com

I have seen else where that they claim to have taken the german technology and tooling etc. after WWII from Germany back to Russia? Is this true?
