This reminds me that the most identifiable station (and quite possibly the worst) I ever heard was Dakar / 6VA. This station had a really harsh, buzz saw note both on 500Khz (600M) and on the higher frequency bands as well. The Admiralty List of Radio Signals listed it as transmitting A1 but it certainly didn\'t sound like it and it was always a few khz wide as well. Coupled with a completely awful fist, this made for being a highly identifiable station!

Agree with the other comments on bad morse. Some people could even send unreadable morse when it\'s generated by a computer....
