The numbers you have stated makes me very curious. They can't be blowing the tanks with only 12kg? (Unless they are surfaced, and then they would probably use the 0.7kg/cm2 blower.) And using 205kg seems a bit on the high side, I don't think the pipes to the ballast tanks are dimensioned for 205kg. But if one releases the air carefully it would of course work. But I'm guessing here.
Anyhow, I would greatly appreciate the plans for the type VIIc model.
