Hi Robert,
1. Someone told me, that all caps letters in netiquette is the equivalent to shouting in a conversation. I assume you did not mean to.
2. Try the refresh button when you are timed out. Perhaps a new modem or more memory might help. If not, throw you computer on trash heap and buy new. The picture is quite selfexplanatory and not useless at all.
3. In short it is a pipe abt. 2' long 4" dia. with pressure tight lids on both ends. Additionally an outboard seawater connection with relieve valve is placed on it's inboard end. Operation: outer lid and seawater valve shut, open inner lid, drrop charge in pipe, close lid, open seawater valve to let a little water into space left between end of charge and end of pipe, gas starts bubbling creating overpressure, open outer lid, voila cannister self ejects and vigorously forms bubble cloud, close outer lid, open relieve valve, let accumulated water drain into bilge, close relieve valve. Systen now ready for loading new charge.
