U boat hf and lf frequencies

Does anyone know the day/night frequencies for the coded traffic sent to uboats
? I seem to recall that there were certain freqs they listened for their dispatch.

I am sure the hf/df stations knew which freqs the U boats responded on too!
I am also looking for a website that shows the locations of the hfdf network stations.
