Hi Rob,
Do not waste your time doing serious research on the one on Isla F. with private Tunnel to Villa Winter. Just sit back and enjoy reading a good story. :-))
German WW2 boats were practically blind below the surface. The supposed location on the south side has vicious cross currents and practically always swell. So, only a nut would risk his boat trying to make the underwater entrance.
There is, however, a German Uboat wreck in the immediate vicinity, supposedly with some nasty cargo aboard (!?). Be warned, do not enter! Rgds, RB
