Have some stats on U-boat ranges :

VIIC
9700 nautical miles surfaced
180 " " submerged

IXB
12,400 " " surfaced
134 " " submerged

IXC
16,300 " " surfaced
128 " " submerged

Others on this forum may have additional information.
