Brian:
The urethane foam foam is OK for above water use only. This material was prescribed as an option for very shallow operations, but is no longer in use.
How about alcohol? Lighter than water, will not freeze in cold weather, easy to handle, and is reasonably priced
The rims a made of bronze and the GOODYEAR truck tires are normally mounted by a local tire dealer.
Does this answer your question about what is inside the two truck tires?

ROBERT M.
