I just created a clamshell box for a copy of the 1940 edition as a birthday gift for my son. Since it is autographed by Heinrich Lehmann-Willenbrock, I carved a bone fastener for the box in the shape of the Laughing Sawfish. It is superbly illustrated-- loads of plans and technical drawings; one does not have to read German to appreciate it.
