Depth charges maximum depth settings

I have been trying to find data about the maximum depth charge settings of the British MkVII depth charges through WWII. It seems that the normal MkVII had a 500 feet maximum setting from the start of the war, from 50 to 500 feet at 50 feet intervals.
The MkVII heavy model (with extra weight attached to sink faster) seems to have appeared from 1940 on and had initially a 550 feet maximum setting.
I know this maximum depth settings were augmented during the war to counter the deeper-diving u-boats (at least in the MkVII heavy model), but exactly WHEN?
I have found data of settings to 700 feet in May 1943, but someone have reliable information about the exact date of the change of the settings from 550 to 700feet?
Besides, I have also come across data speaking of settings of 800 and 850 feet!
Does someone know the answer of this matter? Thanks in advance!
