Lutzow (Hipper-class) in russian service

<HTML>Dear Gundmar,
Please add Hipper- class heavy cruiser "Petropavlovsk" (a.k.a. Lutzow) to the Soviet Navy in WWII. She was sold to USSR in 1940 and has seen action, even though she was approximately 70% completed at the time. Odd, isn't it? A german-built heavy cruiser firing on german soldiers near Leningrad.
