HMS Alynbank

Researching my family history during this pandemic period I have come across my Father's Naval Certificate of Service. He was an able seaman on board HMS Alynbank from 21.11.1940 to 02.12.43. He never talked about his time on the Russian Conveys and I do not know what function he had but my relatives told of how his hair turned grey as a result of the action he saw. His name was William Semple, affectionally known as Jock. If there are any photos of the ships crew at the time he was stationed on it I would love to be sent a link to it.
