My dad was also on the HMCS Camrose, and has gone to one or 2 of the reunions, his name was Harold Norlander and he was from Hay Lakes Alberta. He has many fond memories as well as not so fond one that took him 50 years to tell. But when they had the Gulf war, if they let him, he would have signed up again with all the vim and vigor those prairie boys had.
