Yes, the HMCS Medicine Hat Bell "was" located in city hall of Medicine Hat Alberta.

I was a part of the opportunity and present when Mayor Ted Grimm of Medicine Hat donated the bell to the HMCS Medicine Hat Sea Cadet Corp in or near about 1989.

I was also a sea cadet at that time, and have had the great honor and privilege to be one of the first to re-polish the HMCS Medicine Hat bell! Not to mention ring it!
