<HTML>DANFS does not record any such engagement I'm afraid; the only incidents recorded are on 18th -- 19th March 1945 she took part in an attack on a submerged sonar contact, which brought up a large amount of oil and debris, and assessed as a kill (U-866). On 3rd May she took off the crew of the Newfoundland schooner 'Mary Duffitt' which was in a sinking condition and sank it with gunfire.</HTML>
