French corvettes

Sometime during the Second World War, the two French corvettes ACONITE K58 and RENONCULE K117 wore a two panel checkerboard pattern on their funnels. I assume this pattern signified the Escort Group to which they belonged.

Looking for the dates and the Escort Group Number.
