Detailed prices of British destroyers are given in E.J. March's book "British Destroyers 1892-1953" (published in 1960s). Sometimes ship prices are given in "Jane's F.S.", though I wonder if they are right.

Also please note, that if you have a shipyard price, you must usually add cost of armament etc., which is usually considered as "owner's delivery".
