Not a full history but the following may help:
Built by Thorneycrofts, she completed in August 1942.
Joined 17th Destroyer Flotilla (with the other 'O' class destroyers)
1942-43 : Arctic convoys - escorted convoys PQ.18 / QP.14 / JW.51A / JW.53 / RA.53
early 1943 :Attached 5th Escort Group for Atlantic convoys - escorted ONS.4 / HX.237 / SC.129. During this time sank U-203.
late 1943 : Arctic convoys RA.55A / JW.55B. During this time present at the Battle of North Cape; with other ships of her division, carried out a torpedo attack on the Scharnhorst.
early 1944: at Portsmouth
June 1944 - Normandy landings
late 1944: refit Chatham
early 1945 - Arctic convoys
late 1945 - into reserve
post war:
1947 - 48 attached sub. flotillas for training
1949-52 - at Chatham, Nore flotilla
laid up 1953
scrapped 1955
