look here:

and select f.e. "H" and then look at
"Manwel HATCHINGS, a crew member of the Mooring Vessel Moor, lost his life on 8th April 1941 when the vessel struck a mine and quickly sank in Grand Harbour". There are also some more members of the crew.

This entries give the 8.4.1941 as the real date.
When was this vessel raised?
