Seems official - here is the news from the website......

Closure Notice
It is with regret that we have to notify you that due to an adverse trading position the Board of Trustees of The Warship Preservation Trust have declared that it will enter voluntary liquidation.

Consquently The Historic Warships collection will close to the public after business on the 5th February 2006. Please refer to our Visitor Information page for details of our opening times until that date.

The Trustees, Staff and Volunteers would like to thank all those visitors to the website and those who have actually visited the vessels.

Your support is greatly appreciated.
