HMS ZEPHYR

I am looking for information regarding the final days of the war aboard HMS Zephyr. My grandfather was the CPO i believe and the ship took the surender of a u-boat and many items were taken off the u-boat before it was scuttled. Does anyone have any information about this as i have some of the items from the U-Boat. Also my father was christened on the ship and he has one of the gun plugs from the ship.
Any information would be appreciated.
